Mobile Acoustic Panel – mobile, lightweight noise barrier 1.30 × 2.50 m

The mobile acoustic panel forms a sound-absorbing perimeter around a work zone, a noisy machine or a temporary site in just a few minutes – no construction site fence, no foundation, no heavy equipment. The panels link together modularly, are reusable and are suitable for workshops, industrial sites, construction sites and events.

Insulate and absorb in a single element

Unlike a plain noise barrier mat, the acoustic panel combines a dense PVC outer skin (sound insulation) with an open-pored structure facing the noise source (sound absorption). The side facing the noise source swallows sound energy instead of throwing it back into the work area; the dense rear side holds back the rest. The result: lower levels outside and inside the perimeter. Read the background in our guide Sound insulation vs. sound absorption.

Typical applications

Advantages over mats and construction site fences

If you need to screen long fence runs, noise barrier mats on the construction site fence remain the more economical solution; for high barriers we recommend the inflatable noise barrier. The acoustic panel plays to its strengths with compact, mobile perimeters and with indoor noise sources.
